GoldCaps THC Softgels: The Whole Story

When it comes to medical cannabis in oral dosage, it’s what you don’t see that counts. GoldCaps™ softgels contain only ultra-pure natural cannabinoids and grape seed oil. You can see there’s no powdered marijuana, hashish, kif or hash oil — no molds, pesticides, solvents, bacteria, toxins or other contaminants.

What you do get is the full spectrum of natural cannabinoids — including THC, CBD, CBC and CBG. Just as important, GoldCaps provide clinically precise, metered dosages thanks to analytical-laboratory testing and professional softgel manufacturing equipment. So you can count on the same effect from every GoldCap softgel for consistent relief every time.

Available in bottles of 15 capsules.

Dependability and Repeatability

What worries patients about edibles is: What is in them? Many of us have eaten an edible with erratic results: the dose was way too low or way too high.  We could not get our dosage right. However, TetraLabs GoldCap dosages are dependable and repeatable. No matter where and when you buy them, they will be the same every time.

How did we solve this problem? We employed three tried-and-true pharmaceutical-industry techniques.

First, we built an analytical lab and installed an HPLC machine that accurately measures THC. Then, we developed a formulation method that accurately mixes exact amounts of THC and grape seed oil. Finally, we acquired softgel-manufacturing equipment that precisely injects a measured quantity of the mix into each capsule. We dialed it in with high precision.

Active-Ingredient Purity

GoldCaps™ softgels contain only ultra-pure natural cannabinoids and grape seed oil—no molds, pesticides, solvents, bacteria, toxins or other contaminants. That’s why GoldCaps are safe even for patients with suppressed immune systems.

GoldCaps are crystal clear, light in color and have no particulates—three definitive visual signs of purity. The active ingredient—purified cannabinoids called PureGold—is highly refined and does not contain residual solvent, cannabis terpenes or any plant matter. The process even removes the compound responsible for dry mouth.

No matter how carefully grown, cannabis contains pathogens. But, our process removes pathogens such as bacteria and mold spores. And then we apply high temperature to assure none can possibly get through. That's why they are safe even for patient with suppressed immune systems.

Not only are they safe, but GoldCaps also have a long shelf life. When refrigerated in the dark, you can keep them for more than a year with no noticeable change in potency.

Other Ingredients

The GoldCap formula consists only of PureGold cannabinoids and food-grade grape see oil. These are carefully measured and thoroughly mixed. Before encapsulation, the mixture is sterilized at 250°F for 30 minutes.

The only other ingredient is the capsule's gelatin, which is mixed from Kosher Beef Bone gelatin, food-grade glycerin and distilled water.

Dosage

GoldCaps are available in four THC dosages: 10mg, 25mg and 50mg. We recommend starting with one 10mg softgel, increasing, as needed the next day to control symptoms. In addition to varying the strength, you may also vary the frequency. The goal is to find the right dosage and frequency for you. Once you know that, you'll find it repeatable due to the consistency of GoldCaps. In addition to THC-only dosages, GoldCaps are available in a 10+10mg THC+CBD combination as well as a 10mg CBD-only version.

We wish we could answer the question "How much is right for me?" But patients vary greatly in how much and how often they need to take GoldCaps to manage their symptoms. The common example is a patient who takes one 25mg THC softgel once a day. However, a chemotherapy patient might take one 10mg THC softgel an hour before treatment, followed by four more 10mg taken every two hours thereafter.

Medical Form Factor

TetraLabs products are specifically formulated and packaged for patients who want a natural alternative but also want a customary medical form factor. For example, a cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy who has been taking synthetically derived Marinol as an anti-emetic may switch to naturally derived GoldCaps as an equivalent natural alternative. By comparison, a doctor would be hesitant to advise a patient to switch to cannabis edibles with mysterious ingredients, unknown potency and the possibility of bacterial and fungal contamination.
